What do you do with a 5-hour layover in Los Angeles? I got to catch up with my old friend, Adrian Hightower, at Dinah's Restaurant in west LA. It's famous for fried chicken and other comfort food -- that's what I needed. Thank, Adrian! Adrian used to come here as a kid with his family. Adrian, Stephen Glade, Eric Belz and I used to mountain bike up in the hills by Pasadena. He's a professor now at Occidental College in the Physics Department. Adrian and his wife, Michele, also have two young boys at their home with fruit-trees in Eagle Rock.
