After Todd Halihan (Oklahoma State U.) and Samantha DeRitter (Flinders Uni.) picked me up at the airport, I was feeling like a million bucks (well, at least $100), so we set off on some errands. Our first stop was the bait shop for dry ice to use for spooky fog at Todd's Halloween party that night. Yes -- I left PM Oct. 29 and arrived AM Oct. 31.
Todd and I couldn't resist this photo! A "gent" is a type of maggot used for bait. It's found next to the squid heads.
